BOOKS AUTHORED BY JOURNALIST P.T.BOPANNA

By P.T. Bopanna

I have brought out 15 books so far. Though I have written 10 books, some of my books were translated into other languages.

My first book ‘Discover Coorg’ published in 2006, went into three editions. For each edition, I added extra content.

My other book ‘Rise and Fall of the Coorg State’, published in 2009, was translated into Kodava language and Kannada.

The book deals with how the Coorg State was wiped out from the map of India due to machinations of a few opportunistic politicians.

Rise and Fall of the Coorg State was translated into Kodava language by Nagesh Kaloor. The title of the book is ‘Coorg State: Udchad-Thandad’.

The book was translated into Kannada by journalist B.K. Ganesh. The title of the book is ‘Coorg State: Udaya-Pathana.’

My first book ‘Discover Coorg’ was translated into Kannada by T.S. Gopal. The title of the book is ‘Kodagu: Mungaru Maleya Vismayada Nadu.’
